These SDS updates fully align with 29 CFR § 1910.1200 – the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (HCS), which requires chemical manufacturers, importers and distributors to classify potential chemical hazards and communicate that information effectively through SDS documents and labeling. 

The updated SDS documents follow the required 16-section format and provide comprehensive, easy-to-use information about Hobart filler metals, including:

• Chemical identification and composition, along with potential hazard details 
• Proper handling and storage recommendations
• Exposure controls and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidance
• Emergency response and first aid details
