Description
FabCOR Hercules is a premium gas-shielded metal cored wire specially designed for use with the Hercules Welding System developed by Miller, Hobart, and Tregaskiss. FabCOR Hercules is the only wire designed to accommodate the higher wire feed speeds and deposition rates, faster travel speeds, and extraordinary productivity that the Hercules System provides. Applications
Automated single- and multi-pass welding in the flat and horizontal positions using the Hercules Welding System and 75-92% argon/balance carbon dioxide shielding gas mixtures. Optimized for 6 mm to 10 mm (~ 0.25” to 0.375”) fillet welds.
